*BXtra was a two year project and is no longer running.*
BXtra showcases high quality digital content, created by students for students, about life and learning at Oxford Brookes.
It is designed to build the Brookes student community, inspire student engagement in all that Brookes has to offer, and promote Brookes’ students’ achievements.
BXtra features study-related content including research, projects and coursework, providing a window on the different degrees across Brookes and shining a spotlight on top class student work.
It also features content on the extra-curricula things students do while at Brookes, covering student societies, sports teams and clubs, volunteering and work experience.
BXtra also shares student-created content on study skills and wellbeing, providing student-to-student support and resources.
It is a platform for sharing and publicising some of the great things Brookes students do, showing students what they could get involved in, and promoting some of the awesome student attainment and successes around the university and its college partners.
Any student studying a course at or in association with Oxford Brookes University is welcome to submit content: see the ‘Be featured on BXtra’ page for how to submit.
BXtra is sponsored by the Brookes Teaching Excellence Fellowship fund and is led by Dr. Andrea Macrae, andrea.macrae@brookes.ac.uk.
